Heaters for Polytunnels/Greenhouses
We have a selection of both electric and propane gas heaters, for use with polytunnels and greenhouses.
Propane gas bottles can be found in most petrol stations or good hardware stores, or they can even be ordered online from Calor.
Ground Cover Weed Control
With grid lines for easy pot placement, guaranteeing uniform plant growth. Tough and tear resistant, it effectively controls annual and perennial weeds. Can be used inside greenhouses and polytunnels providing cleanable surfaces or used for weed free standing out areas for container grown plants. Its easy to clean - just use a hose. Also used for landscaping ornamental beds, paths, drives, etc. Order from as little as 1m. Full rolls also available. 5 year life. Colour Black.

Irrigation Solutions
In addition to the Overhead Irrigation systems for use with our Polytunnels, we also have drip and leaky pipe systems along with water timers.
Mini Polytunnels
Our Portable Plant Protector is manufactured from the same steel, timber and polythene/net as is used on our range of domestic polytunnels. Available in three different lengths with a choice of a polythene or net cover. It has been designed for those who require a 'polytunnel' but have no room. Can be used on patios, yards, small gardens etc. It is extremely strong and portable. Comes complete with two extensions - allowing ventilation and access. 3ft 7in high with 1ft 9in straight sides.
Heavy Duty Cloche Hoops
Perfect for Victorian raised beds or free standing in the open garden, simply press the hoops into the soil a 1m intervals and cover with polythene or net. Each hoop is produced from 25.4mm galvanised steel tube (the same used on our polytunnels). Four sizes are available.
Mini Cloche/Polytunnel
The innovative GardenGuard™ is a quick and easy way to protect your plants. They take literally minutes to erect and anchor to the ground. They measure 3m long, stand 80cm high and measure 1.2-1.5m wide. They have a sturdy fibreglass frame, 14 steel pegs (alternatively they can be screwed to timber raised beds). Easily access your plants by simply unzipping the units where necessary or folding back the two ends. Supplied in a handy bag for convenient storage between growing seasons.
Frost Protection Fleece
Fleece creates an excellent microclimate promoting growth of crops to increase yields by providing protection from cold winds and frosts, warms up soil and protects against insects and birds. Temperature protection can be increased by adding multiple layers. It is also often used for our cloches, mini polytunnel, cold frames, lining greenhouses and promoting turf. 18g/m2 Density. Colour - White. 250m on a roll.
Fruit cage
Despite the unpredictable British weather, come rain or shine our climate seems particularly well suited to the cultivation of fruit…especially juicy berries and cherries. But even the most abundant of crops can be rendered useless in a matter of days, if it’s not properly protected from hungry invaders.
