First Tunnels Polytunnels are thinking of those affected by COVID-19, and their families. Our priorities during this unprecedented time are keeping our employees and customers safe while continuing to support Farmers, Gardeners and Growers of the UK, as we have done for the last 30+ years.
It remains unclear as to the short and long term effects of the current state of affairs on businesses, the economy and individuals, but First Tunnels is treating the health and safety of its staff, suppliers and customers as a priority. We do understand; however, the world still needs to turn, and businesses still need to operate in some capacity.

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of orders, and to this end, we have increased our dispatch times, please see below, for our current estimations. We will continue to monitor this situation daily and update this page as and when any changes occur.
Polytunnel Accessories (including polytunnel covers) will be despatched within 1-3 working days.
Domestic Polytunnels (including Fruit Cages & Mini Polytunnels) will be despatched within 1-3 working days.
Commercial Polytunnels will be despatched within 3-5 working days.
Polytunnel Construction Service While hotels are still open for work purposes, unless the Government guidance changes, we will continue to offer our construction service. Should the situation or guidance change we will be in touch with customers individually to postpone their build project or cancel with a 100% refund.
